According to the National Environmental Agency, the avalanche risk level is high on the Gudauri (Posta)–Kobi section of the Mtskheta–Stepantsminda–Larsi international highway, and therefore all types of traffic are temporarily prohibited on this section.
According to the National Environmental Agency, traffic on the Mleta–Gudauri section will be carried out in a non-stop transit mode.
Traffic on the remaining sections of the road is unrestricted.
